Accord Choirs

The children in our choirs come from all over Yorkshire to sing with each other.  They learn a variety of songs, some with signs or musical activities.  Staff are encouraged to sing and sign along too.  The choirs are invited to participate in concerts throughout the year.

Multisensory and Summer Music Days
for children with special needs

Join us for a fantasy journey through outer space!  We'll blast away in our spaceship, stopping along the way to explore planets--each with its own unique characteristics--before touching down on Earth again.

We deliver big themed day-long events for children built around the five senses. We play games, make music and explore movement, sights, sounds and smells.

Our multisensory days are a whole day of immersive experiences catered toward children with complex and multiple learning needs (CMLN*).

Our summer music days feature  energetic activities and music making for active children with learning difficulties.

Both events feature large group activities, dance and movement, lots of props and live music.

Our 2019 multisensory days and music days will be during the week of 10-14 June.  Both events will be held at the Pudsey Civic Hall 10:30-2:30.

* also known as PMLD: profound and multiple learning difficulties
